Warranty & Returns
If you need to return a product purchased from Central Battery Services, then you have 28 working days to do so. The returned goods must be in a reasonable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also be sent back to us. The goods should also be returned with their original box, packaging and accessories. If the return is due to be missing or faulty parts, then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided that we are aware of this within 14 working days. Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.
Cancellation of Orders
You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and a full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by phoning us on 07889 562673.
If you wish to cancel your order but the goods have already been shipped, the customer will have to receive and send the goods back as per the above “Warranty & Returns Procedure” You will however be charged for postage that Central Battery Services incurred.
